Service Description

Body Wisdom is a gentle, hands-on energy healing modality that works with the body’s energetic anatomy and subtle energy fields. During a session, I use gentle placement of the hands to support balance throughout the chakras and energetic systems, clear stagnant or disruptive energy, and help restore the natural flow of energy throughout the body. Reiki is also infused into my Body Wisdom sessions. This is not massage or traditional bodywork. You remain fully clothed while I work with the energetic systems of the body. Sessions are a beautiful option for anyone feeling energetically depleted, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply ready for some intentional space to reset, restore, and reconnect with themselves.
