Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hr notice for any cancellation. No refunds will be given for missed coaching appointments. "No shows" are subject to not being rescheduled. Multiple requests to reschedule are also subject to not being rebooked. Massage appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to charges of at least 50% of the missed appointment cost.
